  We've been acquired by Freshworks Inc.  

Here's our story

As Joe Hukum, we set out with a vision of building the most cutting edge technology around chat automation that would help users around the world do more with chat. After all, chat is where most relationships start off, just like ours 😉

It's been a short and crazy journey for us - from a small basement in Gurgaon to the plush Freshworks offices - a whirlwind of a journey lasting just over a year. We will be building bots on top of existing Freshworks products, enabling workflow automations for demand generation, knowledge management and dynamic in-app self service. We're super proud to be a part of Freshworks and take this vision to their customers around the world.

We want to thank all our customers - those who believed in our technology even though we were a small scrappy start up and also those that fell for our sales pitches! We could not have done the journey without you. We also want to thank our friends, family, advisors (Sumit Jain) and investors: Rubal Jain, Prashant Tandon, Jiten Gupta, Amrish Rau, Abhishek Goyal and Manish Kheterpal.


1. I'm an existing customer. What happens to me now?
Our love for you is still the same. We will continue to support existing customers. We'll also reach out to notify you of the changes that you'll see in your account.

2. Will you onboard new customers?
Absolutely! We're on a mission to provide bots for all businesses. We wouldn't want to deprive you of our awesome bots. Contact us and let's talk!

3. What if I need more than what you provide? Will you handle my feature requests?
We always want to be able to fulfill your needs and greeds. We can't promise an immediate action. Keep sending us your suggestions and requests, and we'll do all what we can, okay?

4. I'm a Freshworks customer (Freshdesk/ Freshservice/ Freshsales), what does this mean for me?
Do you have bot requirements? Let us know if you do. Also, keep an eye out for more interesting updates and announcements around this.

We're all happily chilling in Chennai, surfing in India's hidden beach spots! We're very excited to be a part of Freshworks, building bots and growing a fantastic business.
